I'm still motoring along on my story, which now has a title: Post Returns. (Anyone know what a post return is? Then you'll have an idea of what the story is about!)...but I've hit a small bump in the road which shall be called Malady. So I've been writing from the safety of the U.S.S. Martha Stewart (our sofa), and not as quickly as I would like. I've still got 2000 words or so to go. But I think I think I think I can do it--keep to the 7000 or under limit!
I'll try to post more here before the weekend. I'll try to post more OVER the weekend. I've always been one of those obnoxious blog readers who is annoyed that most blogs don't update over the weekend. And now I've become one of those blogs that don't update over the weekend, which means I am annoyed at myself.

Misdirected mail? I have to admit I don't know what post returns are, but look forward to being enlightened. Will we also be granted more insights into what the heck's up with Buck's antipathy toward magic?
P.S. Tomorrow is impeachment day. I'll be standing on practically the only overpass in the whole county with my "Impeach for Blowing the Job!!" sign. The Internet is such a motherlode of catchy slogans.
Let's just say that the story has something to do with what happens in the Army of Califa if you don't get your paperwork done.
